At Truck To Trailer, we want to ensure you get the right parts for your fleet. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and part details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned parts, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
